They are now my go-to plumbers after my handyman was charging an arm and a leg. They timely, responsive, professional, and best of all: great value. They came once for a leak detection (no leak and offered advice). Just came recently because the previous owner of our house did a bad job of hooking up some pipes. They came the same day I called them and fixed the problem. Defibitely will come back.

Pilot light on furnace did not work.  I called and a Continental Plumber employee appeared within 2 hours after my call.  Repairs were made and the furnace is again operating.  My past experience with this business has always been outstanding.

From the moment I spoke to Valerie on the phone for scheduling, to the prompt arrival (as previously emailed time)  of Elmer and Patricio, my plumbing issues were dealt with professionally and efficiently….once on site, my needs were discussed and a quote was emailed to me detailing all costs for my pre approval…both plumbers were courteous and very capable, explaining everything they did along the way.  I couldn’t be more pleased and would surely recommend Continental to anyone who asks me “Do you know a good plumber?”…because now I do!!!!

Two gentlemen came to replace my 75-gallon hot water tank with a 50 gallon (located in a closet on the top floor of my townhouse). Both men wore masks the entire time, which I appreciate very much. The first thing they did was drape my creme carpeted stairs with an anti-slip drop cloth. They completed the job within the estimated timeframe and cleaned up after themselves. The lady who handled the scheduling and billing, as well as all of my questions, was very responsive on the phone, via text and email, and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Everyone needs a reliable plumber... I found mine. I love that there is an office staff who you can always get in touch with and who are very helpful and friendly. The response times are great and they get to you on time. I've used plumbers before that require cash payments at the time of service, but you never know how much a job will be, so you need a stack of cash handy. Continental sends an invoice that can be paid over the phone or online with credit, eliminating that worry. I highly recommend them.
